Kitsap Real Estate Market Update July 2026
The hot days of summer are here, but what is the real estate market doing? Is it hot or cold?
Median sale prices in Kitsap are remaining steady; however, average days on market and inventory are increasing, while closed sales are down in July.

Here is a quick look at the median single-family home prices throughout Kitsap County. Clicking on each ZIP code lets you explore the current listings.
