Median sale prices in Kitsap are remaining steady; however, average days on market and inventory are increasing, while closed sales are down in July.

For July, there were 3 homes in Suquamish that buyers were obviously just waiting for, with only an average of 2 days on the market. 

The longest days on the market were 49 days for the 2 sales in Indianola and 52 sales in the 98367 area of Port Orchard.
